A&P Coco Product International (Pvt) Ltd (formerly established in 2007 in Kadirana, Negombo, and restructured in September 2020 upon shifting operations to Chilaw) operates under standard commercial regulations in Sri Lanka. By navigating our web application or entering transactional engagement, clients globally align with our premium supply matrices.
Raw Material & Specification Standards
As nearly 75% of our raw coco resources are managed directly within the premium Coconut Triangle, and over 50% are generated from our self-operated fiber mills, we guarantee optimal structural parameters. However, final customized chemical properties (such as explicit low Electrical Conductivity (EC) levels, moisture control benchmarks, and air porosity optimization) are bound tightly to customer specifications verified during the formal ordering pipeline.
Shipment Logistics & Delivery Timelines
We commit to strict internal hourly quality checks and systematic processing cycles to ensure production stability. Export scheduling, freight dispatch, and customized block/brick/pith loading slots are synchronized securely. While we ensure timely delivery workflows for every physical shipment slot, un-forecasted macroeconomic bottlenecks or sudden climate-induced maritime delays fall within internationally recognized force majeure parameters.
Technical Field Deployment Support
In alignment with our corporate customer satisfaction framework, if specialized technical support is formally requested by a grower or international distributor regarding substrate usage, our engineering and product safety division is deployed to provide professional resolution feedback within two to three working days.
Intellectual Property Rights
All brand layouts, digital imagery showcasing our natural cement drying yards, specific dust removal processing schemas, textual formulations, and technical diagrams embedded within this digital interface remain the exclusive operational property of A&P Coco Product International (Pvt) Ltd.
Governing Authority & Jurisdictional Scope
These terms and compliance principles are governed by, analyzed, and implemented in complete conformity with the statutory commercial provisions and agricultural export regulations enforced within the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any formal arbitration, industrial dispute resolution, or procurement conflict arising from transactional cycles will settle explicitly under local jurisdiction.
